Each year, Point Defiance AAZK celebrates the staff of Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium during National Zoo Keeper Week. Our focus is to show our appreciation for our staff - both zoological and support staff - for their tireless work to keep our fantastic facility one of the best. Keep a look out for updates as July approaches!
Point Defiance AAZK joins many other chapters in thanking Representative Susan A. Davis for introducing H. Res. 509 - Supporting the goals and ideals of National Zoo Keeper Week, and other purposes - to Congress on June 21st, 2007.
